Amidst renovations in 2023, Clarke Quay faced a decline in foot traffic. To reignite interest, we launched Decode CQ, an interactive experience designed to keep visitors engaged while showcasing Clarke Quay’s heritage and future.

At the heart of the campaign was Singapore’s largest QR code wall, transforming the construction site into a discovery hub. Visitors teamed up with Capin, CapitaLand’s "mascot", to scan QR codes and uncover hidden rewards, whether it was exclusive vouchers for Clarke Quay tenants or fascinating fun facts.

The campaign, amplified both on-site and online, successfully drove foot traffic, boosted tenant sales and built anticipation for Clarke Quay’s revival. Through ‘Joy Hunting with Capin’, we redefined the treasure hunt, turning Clarke Quay into a place of exploration, excitement, and reward - where every scan brought a new reason to return.
